Taran tex ltd was initially incorporated as a private limited company in the name of Santosh Tex creation Pvt Ltd on 15.02.2002 and registered with the registrar of companies- rajasthan under companies act 1956 as per Certificate of Incorporation issued by the ROC bearing no. U17118RJ2002PTC017450. Thereafter the company was renamed as Taran Tex Pvt Ltd on 04.05.2010. Further the company was converted into Public Limited company by issue of a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name and conversion to Public Limited Company by the registrar of Companies – Rajasthan on 03.12.2010 bearing no. UI7118RJ2002PLC017450.
Registered cum administrative office and factory of company is at premises owned by directors, which is situated at 13-14, Udhyog Nagar, Basani II nd Phase, Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
The company is having three directors namely Mr. Moola Ram Choudhary, Mrs. Rajani Potalia and Mr. Sourabh Potalia. Earlier to this the two directors of our company namely Mr. Moola Ram Choudhary and Mrs. Rajani Potalia were carrying on their business in the capacity of Proprietorship Concerns in the name of M/s M Tex and M/s Tirupati Traders respectively. However these two concerns were taken over by the company on 01.09.2010 as a going concern for better governance and expansion of business.
The Company belongs to textile industry. Presently the company engaged in processing sector of textile Industry. Processing of Textile covers washing, drying, printing, pressing, finishing etc.
Management
Board of Director consist of three directors namely Mr. Moola Ram Choudhary, Mrs. Rajani Potalia and Mr. Sourabh Potalia. The directors are related to each others. Mr. Moola Ram Choudhary is managing director of the company and he is having experience of more than 30 years in the same line of activity. He is the key person who is controlling the whole business and taking the company forward. He started his career as a worker in a textile factory in year 1978 after that gradually with time he gained a great knowledge and experience in this field. He started his own work in a proprietorship firm with a small scale and then he with treasure of his experience forwarded the business to such a large scale by incorporated a company. He is having net worth around Rs. 675 Lacs. He is sharing very good business relationship with all the business parties and having a very high creditability in Rajasthan Textile Industry.
Apart from him other two directors are also actively involved in the day to day affairs of the company. Directors with immense experience, abundant marketing and management knowledge have achieved a long way since the start of the career. They are always being appreciated for innovative ideas and commands high reputation in the society.
Mr. saurabh Potalia s/o Mr. Moolaram Chaudhary is engaged in the business since past two years and along with he is doing MBA from S P jain Mumbai. He with his new Ideas, spirit and enthusiasm wants to take the company to another height with the guidance of his father who is having vast knowledge and experience.

About Segment
- Our Company come under textile processing segment of Textile Industry.
- Textile processing is a general term that covers right from singeing (protruding fiber removal) to finishing and orinting of favric. The various steps a fabric goes into are singeing, desizing, bleaching, dyeing, and finishing.
- Bleaching is a process to make the fabric or yarn look brighter and whter.
- Dyeing is a process to make the fabric or yarn look brighter and whiter.
- Finishing is the final process to import the required end use finishes to the fabric.
- And lastly the printing process on fabric which is a science as well as an art.
- Textile auxiliaries such as chemicals are used for all stages of the textile manufacturing process that is from pre-treatment to dyeing and printing and finishing.
